A team camp at Incline Training is a perfect way to add some group fun and teamwork to your winter training. New England teams and clubs come to our facility for the fun of training together, especially when winter weather dampens the ability to practice together outdoors. We also have "open camps" that individuals or smaller groups can attend.
The core elements of the camp include a time trial race similar to an outdoor race, feedback on individual and general observations from the TT, group skill drills, and demonstrations of structured workouts to improve fitness. Refreshments are served. These camps stress fun for everyone and riders of all abilities can expect to learn applicable skills and training tips.

Reservations MUST be made at least one month in advance. Spots are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 1:00PM through the end of May. Minimum of 12 participants. To reserve a time, please contact us.
