Pilates Class

Instructor: Robin McKeon.
Improve spine health, lengthen hamstrings, find the belly button to spine connection you’ve been searching for, and discover much, much more about the body you live in each and every day! Robin McKeon has been enlightening bodies through Pilates since 2001. She welcomes every body to her class and has enjoyed teaching teenagers through golden-agers and newcomers to athletes. Robin has been a physical therapist since 1999 and has worked for Baystate Health Systems since 2004. Robin has participated in many marathons and is an Ironman Florida finisher, but lately she has been running to keep up with her two young children! Contact Robin to register or with questions.
