Cycling Profile $250
Perfect for road cyclists or triathletes, this assessment provides training zones by heart rate and power in addition to evaluation of your athletic capabilities. The test consists of two parts, a incremental step test and a Wingate test. For the sub max test, you will perform incrementally more intense exercise until you have surpassed lactate threshold. Results from the sub maximal test indicate how well you burn oxygen to develop power on the bicycle. The second test is a 30 second maximal effort used to evaluate anaerobic energy systems. The test provides an indication of maximum power production and your endurance at high efforts, both critical factors for road racing success. The test includes interpretation and training advice so that your workouts specifically address your needs. The Cycling Profile test can be performed with the metabolic cart for an additional $750.

Cycling VO2 Max $1000
Determine your maximum rate of oxygen consumption, an indication of how well your physiology stacks up against the competition. The test is performed with the metabolic cart. Interpretation of the test will include determination of lactate threshold, training zones by heart rate and power, and advice on what you can do to achieve your goals.

Running VO2 $1000
This is a VO2max or VO2submaximal running test designed to assess running fitness. The test protocol will be optimized to yield information most important to you. The test is performed with the metabolic cart. You will obtain training zones and fitness information to help you train smarter. The test includes a consult to help you interpret the information and put it to work.

Endurance Test (Running or Cycling) $500
The endurance test was developed by Incline Training to specifically assess how you function over the long haul. The test consists of two Maximum Aerobic Power/Pace tests, one while fresh and the second following a endurance challenge. The first test yields training zones and base fitness. You will then complete an endurance challenge at a fixed percentage of your MAP, followed immediately by a second step test. Endurance is expressed as the percentage of Power/Pace you can sustain at the end of the long day. This test is a must to assess efficacy of endurance training periods. This test includes interpretation and a consult to help you make the most of the results. The Endurance Test can be performed the metabolic cart for an additional $800.

Cycling Maximal Aerobic Power Test $200
You will ride your bike at increasingly harder efforts to exhaustion. This test helps determine training zones and individual strengths and weaknesses. Heart rate at each power is recorded so that you can examine training efficacy from one test to the next. The test includes a consult to help you make the most of the information. The MAP test can be performed with the metabolic cart for an additional $800.

Running Maximal Aerobic Pace Test $200
You run on a treadmill at increasing speeds to exhaustion. We obtain a pace/heart rate curve from which we determine training zones. The test yields information on strengths and weaknesses so that you can train more effectively. The test includes a consult to help you make the most of the information. The MAP test can be performed with the metabolic cart for an additional $800.

CompuTrainer 10K Cycling TT $50
The standard course used at MultiRider Centers across the country. A 6.2 mile simulated course over varied terrain with grades up to 3 percent. This fitness test can be repeated often to track progress. You can make an individual or team appointment with up to 8 people. This test does not include a consult, but test results with estimated HR and Power training zones are included. This protocol can be done without results for $35.

Lactate Profile $1000
Many physiologists believe that blood lactate levels provide the best measure of intensity. We can measure how lactate levels change as intensity increases, accurately defining training zones by both power and heart rate. Interpretation of the test will include advice on how to use the numbers to define and achieve your goals.

Anaerobic Power $100
This 30 second all out effort gives an indication of your maximum power production and your endurance at peak effort. From power and cadence measurements, cycling specific strength can be evaluated. Interpretation of the results will include advice on how to improve your top end power production.
