The 16 week training plan includes individualized assessment, training advice, and personal contact with your coach. The 16-week plan is for the committed athlete who wants training advice and regular feedback on their progress.
The plan you receive is yours alone. It is built from scratch based on your input and Jay’s experience. Moreover, the plan is modified throughout the 16 week period to ensure it continues to suit your needs.
The result is 16 weeks of detailed, daily workouts, a guide to each workout type, and an outline of your training zones. To kick off the program, you will meet with Jay for a one-hour consult. This time is used to discuss your program, address questions, and confirm that the program suits you.
During the 16 weeks you will have five, thirty-minute meetings with Jay to discuss your progress, review the outline, and fine-tune your workouts.
We believe the Incline Training 16 Week Training Plan is the best value available, this comparison table has links to some other well-known coaching companies and a sample comparison chart.
