Equipment:
We use a state of the art Cosmed K4B2 metabolic cart. The cart allows us to make measurements both in the lab and in the field. Our understanding of how lab performance translates to the field allows us to identify athletic strengths and weaknesses that many physiologists overlook. We have a full complement of power meters, heart rate monitors, lactate meters, and other equipment.
We also support a CompuTrainer Center. This indoor training center allows for group training sessions based on power output and heart rate. This format is unparalleled in its ability to ensure you train properly in each session.
